Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) using standardized tools and naturalistic observation.
- Design and implement evidence-based, individualized behaviour intervention plans.
- Deliver neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed ABA programming in diverse settings (clinic, home, school, virtual).
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, BCBAs, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, wraparound support.
- Coach and train families, caregivers, and educational staff to extend support beyond sessions.
- Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation using JaneApp.
- Participate in community education and outreach to support awareness and access to care.
- Engage in weekly team meetings and professional development opportunities to support continued growth.
What You Bring to the Team
- Master’s degree in a relevant field and current certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals across a range of ages and support needs
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practices, functional communication training, and family-centered approaches
- Clear communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with digital health tools (e.g., JaneApp) or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry checks
- Bonus: Fluency in French, Arabic, or Cantonese to support our diverse community

Compensation
$41.03 - $45.74 per hour
